Dr. Molly Marshall Hays

Dr. Molly Marshall Hays is the middle daughter of Dr. Ted Marshall. She joined the practice in July of 2011. She graduated with her undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas, going on to study dentistry at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. After graduation, Dr. Molly was selected to spend a year in residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry, learning to place implants along with becoming proficient in other oral surgeries and patient care.

Dr. Molly is a member of the American Dental Association, Oklahoma Dental Association and won the Excellence in Restorative Dentistry Award at the Scientific Day Presentations at OU. She enjoys being a part of the Mission of Mercy volunteer weekend, which provides free dental care to thousands of Oklahomans across the state.

Dr. Molly is married to Thad Hays who works for Quik Trip, which is a favorite of everyone at Marshall Family Dentistry. Together, they have two children. Tucker is the big brother to his little sister, Carter. They consider themselves a family of 6, as their two dogs are their babies as well. They try to spend as much time as possible outdoors, whether it’s riding bikes or swimming, or anything else as a family.
