Dear Valued Patients of Marshall Family Dentistry,
I hope this email finds you and your families well. We have all been through a lot over the last few months, and our team is looking forward to resuming normal procedures, habits and routines. While some things have changed, our commitment to your health and safety remains our top priority.
In keeping with our mission to provide our patients with the highest level of service, we would like to also reassure you in what we are doing to help keep you safe and healthy while you are in our care during these uncertain times. The most obvious changes you will notice is our new floors. We have removed the carpet and installed all new flooring that will be easier to clean and maintain. We also will have new air purifiers around the office to cycle the air and clean it through filters every 15-30 minutes to ensure we have the cleanest air possible.
We also wanted to assure you that we are, and always have been, taking extreme caution to maintain an exceptionally clean environment. We have always followed guidelines set forth by the CDC and OSHA. Our office and team cares deeply about your safety and the team works hard to prevent the spread of infection. Before you step foot in our office, all surfaces such as the dental chair, counters, handles, lights have all been cleaned and disinfected. We cover areas that are commonly touched which are replaced between each patient. Anything that is disposable is disposed of between each patient. Anything that is non-disposable is cleaned and sterilized. The entire team washes their hands and uses new gloves between patients and procedures. You may notice we change our gloves each time we leave a room. None of this is new. All of these practices and procedures listed above are what we, and all dental professionals, have done to prevent the spread of illness and also helps in the prevention of COVID-19.
Here are some of the changes in protocol that we will use for the foreseeable future:
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we are taking to keep every patient safe while in our practice. To make an appointment please call our office at 918-492-6200 or visit our website at www.marshallfamilydentists.com.
Sincerely,
Drs. Molly and Ted and the rest of the team at Marshall Family Dentistry
